Disconnect the condensate drain tubes. 

-

Disconnect air conditioning unit main feed block connector.

-

Displace harness as far as possible from the unit. 

-

Displace and remove the air conditioning unit from the vehicle.

-

Remove the centre vent duct securing drive fasteners and remove the centre duct. 

-

Disconnect demister duct and centre vent vacuum actuators.

-

Remove centre vent duct mounting bracket securing screws.

-

Remove duct mounting bracket / air con unit stay mounting bracket securing nuts / bolts. 

-

Remove stay mounting brackets and vent mounting brackets.

-

Remove centre vent / demister duct assembly securing screws and remove vent assembly. 

-

To fit a new air conditioning unit reverse the removal procedure.

-

Ensure new "0" rings are fitted to all air conditioning hose connections.

-

Recharge the air conditioning system.
