Vehicles with 3.0L engine

1.  Remove the air cleaner. 

Vehicles with 3.5L or 4.2L engine

1. Remove the air cleaner. 

All Vehicles

1. Remove the radiator grille opening panel. 

2. Remove the radiator mounting brackets.

3. Detach the upper coolant hose.

4. Detach the wiring harness.

Vehicles with 3.5L or 4.2L engine

1. Detach the auxiliary coolant flow pump.
