Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

Crankshaft Pulley (12.21.09) 

Removal

All vehicles

1. Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud.
2. Remove the accessory drive belt.

Vehicles without supercharger

3. NOTE:  Place a suitable container underneath the filter to prevent oil spillage.

Using the special tool.

Remove and discard the oil filter element.

4. Detach the oil cooler.

Remove and discard the O-ring seal.
