Fuel Injection Pump Belt

Fuel Injection Pump Belt

Removal

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. 
2. Remove the secondary bulkhead center panel. 
3. Remove the fuel injection pump belt cover.

4. Remove and discard the fuel injection pump belt tensioner.

5. Note the direction of rotation of the fuel injection pump belt.

6. Remove and discard the fuel injection pump belt.

Installation

1. NOTE:  The fuel injection pump rotates in an anti-clockwise direction when viewed from the rear of the engine.

Note the direction of rotation of the new fuel injection pump belt.
