Cold Air Bypass Blend Door Actuator LH

Removal

All vehicles

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Left-hand drive vehicles

1. Remove the front footwell duct LH.

2. Remove the remote climate control module.

-

Disconnect the electrical connectors.

-

Remove the lower retaining screws.

-

Loosen but do not remove the upper retaining screw.

-

Remove the remote climate control module.

3. Remove the cold air bypass blend door actuator.

-

Disconnect the electrical connector.

-

Remove the cold air bypass blend door actuator.

Installation

Left-hand drive vehicles

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE:  Care should be taken to ensure the actuator linkages are correctly engaged.
