Use a flat bladed screwdriver to pry the 90 degree elbow from the brake booster grommet.

On 4.0L normally aspirated engines only, remove the air intake elbow and retaining bracket.
5.
On all engines, guide the vacuum pipe out by pushing the booster side down and under the brake fluid reservoir.
6.
Guide the 90 degree elbow of the new vacuum pipe under the brake fluid reservoir.
7.
Insert the 90 degree elbow into the booster grommet until the elbow is flush with the grommet. The pipe should be routed to the left of the heater
hose on supercharged engines and in front of the heater hose on V12 engines.
NOTE:
Do not use any lubricant.
8.
On 4.0L engines, reinstall the air intake elbow and the retaining bracket.
9.
On all engines, gently push the manifold end of the vacuum pipe into the retaining ring located in the manifold.
10.
Check that the vacuum pipe cannot be pulled from the manifold.
