Slacken the tensioner pulley adjusting bolt (2 Fig. 1) to release the belt tension. Remove and discard the supercharger drive belt.

Fit a new supercharger drive belt making sure that it is correctly aligned with the pulleys.

Tighten the tensioner pulley adjusting bolt to obtain the correct new belt tension. See Specifications.

Tighten the tensioner pulley securing bolt.

Drive the vehicle for at least 10 minutes. Allow the belt to cool to ambient (approximately one hour) and reset to the in-service tension. See
Specifications.

Lower the vehicle on the ramp.
