Follow the procedure for renewing the tensioner bracket up to the removal of the pulley carrier.

Remove the pulley carrier and adjusting bolt from the bracket and discard the carrier and bolt.

Fit a new pulley carrier and adjusting bolt to the tensioner bracket.

Follow the procedure for renewing the tensioner bracket after the fitting of the pulley carrier.

Follow the procedure for renewing the tensioner bracket up to the removal of the tensioner bracket adapter securing bolts.

Remove the bolts securing the tensioner bracket adapter to the timing cover.
