Disconnect belt from other pulleys and remove it from rear of tensioner.

Installation 

1. NOTE:  Ensure that belt is correctly and squarely located on each pulley. Check belt wear indicator marks to confirm that drive belt is within

limits.

Installation is a reversal of the removal procedure.

Supercharger Belt, Idler Pulley

Removal 

1. Remove supercharger drive belt. 

2. Remove supercharger drive belt idler pulley.

Remove bolt.
Remove idler pulley.

Installation 

1. Installation is a reversal of the removal procedure.

Supercharger Drive Belt Tensioner

Removal 

1. Remove twin fan and motor assembly. 
2. Remove supercharger drive belt.
