Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair

10. Open the engine compartment and fit paint work protection sheets.
11. Remove the supercharger drive belt, for access. Refer to Drive belt. See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Drive Belt, Super Charger 
12. Remove the accessory drive belt for access.

13. Remove the tensioner assembly, which includes the tensioner pulley.

Remove the bolt, which secures the tensioner assembly to the engine. Remove the tensioner assembly.

Installation 

1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. Tighten the tensioner assembly securing bolt to 38-48 Nm. Ensure that the belt is correctly and

squarely located on each pulley.

2. Refit the supercharger drive belt.
