To train your GDO receiver to operate from the GDO transmitter, follow the steps shown:

1.

Follow the previous steps 1 to 5 to program one of the roof console buttons.

2.

Remove the cover panel from your GDO receiver. The receiver should be located near to the GDO motor.

3.

Locate the training button on the GDO receiver The exact location and color of the button may vary by (GDO brand. Refer to your GDO owners
manual if necessary.

4.

Press the training button on the GDO receiver for 1 to 2 seconds.

5.

Return to the vehicle and press the programmed button on the roof console for the duration of the rapid flash of the yellow light (1 to 2 seconds).
Release the button and then re-press to confirm that the transmitter has been trained to the receiver.

The GDO receiver should now recognize the GDO transmitter.

Operating the GDO

To operate: Simply press the appropriate button on the roof console. The red/yellow light marked "GARAGE" on the roof console comes on when the
signal is being transmitted.

Note:

The effective range of the GDO transmitter may differ from your old hand held transmitter.

Transmitter Programming Trouble-Shooting

If the GDO transmitter does not program to your hand held transmitter, re-read the instructions carefully and repeat the steps. It still unsuccessful, read
the following important details:

Check that the batteries in the hand held transmitter are not dead.

Hold the hand held transmitter in the precise position shown in the illustration.

Press and hold the two buttons, without interruption, for the duration of the programming.

Turn the hand held transmitter round and reprogram using the opposite end. For the best results use the opposite end to the battery compartment
when programming.

To erase previously programmed frequencies:
Press and hold buttons 1 and 4 until the red light marked "GARAGE" begins to flash. This will erase all four channels. Individual channels cannot be
erased, but can be reprogrammed at any time by conducting the programming procedures over again.
