(1) Remove the seal from the drain plug. and clean the plug face.

Install a new seal and refit the plug to the radiator.

Clean any coolant from the underside of the vehicle. Remove the drain tray.

2. Lower the vehicle.

3. Refill the cooling system.

(1) Remove the breather cap.
(2) Fill the cooling system at the header tank until the level stabilizes at the top of the breather neck.

4. Install a new seal to the breather cap.

(1) Remove the seal retaining ring from the cap.
(2) Remove the seal from the cap.

Install and fully seat the new seal to the cap, and secure with the retaining ring..

Install and tighten the breather cap.

^

Top-up as necessary, to the neck of the header tank.
