Measure the resistance between the ECM connector EM010/020 & the ECT connector P1004/001

-

Is the resistance < 0.5 Ohms? 
-> Yes

GO to [A7]

-> No

Repair the harness/connector (P1001/006) or splice EMS02
Reconnect P1042 & P1006 (electronic throttle body), P1035 (MAP meter), EM010, EM011 & ETC connector & test the system for normal
operation

A7: END 
Perform appropriate service drive cycle & check for the presence of DTC

Has the fault code cleared?
-> Yes

STOP

-> No
