4. Remove the downpipe catalytic converter to exhaust manifold securing nuts.
5. Raise the vehicle on a four-post ramp. See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting
6. Remove the downpipe catalytic converter.
Remove the mounting bracket securing bolts.
7. Remove the oxygen sensor(s).
Downstream sensor - north American markets only.
8. Clean the exhaust joints.
