6. Move the front muffler forward to allow the intermediate muffler to be removed. 

Slacken the front muffler to down pipe catalytic converter securing clamps (left and right-hand sides).

7. Remove the intermediate muffler assembly.

Slacken the intermediate to front muffler securing clamp and disconnect the intermediate muffler from the front muffler.
Disengage the peg from the mounting rubber.

8. Clean the exhaust joints.

 
Installation

1. Install the intermediate muffler assembly.

Engage the peg with the mounting rubber.
Tighten the intermediate to front muffler securing clamp.
