Installation

Installation

1. Fit the generator to the engine.

From above, position the generator and fit the upper mounting bolt and nut, but do not fully tighten.

2. Fit the generator lower mounting.

From below, reposition and align the harness mounting bracket to the generator lower mounting.

Fit the lower mounting bolt and nut.

3. Connect the harness.

Reposition the suppression module harness and connect the negative cable to the generator negative terminal. Fit and tighten the terminal nut.

Connect the suppression module positive cable to the generator positive terminal. Connect the main positive cable to the generator terminal. Fit
and tighten the terminal nut.

Reposition and fit the boot to the terminal.

Reconnect the generator harness multi-plug.

4. Lower the vehicle on the ramp.
5. Fully tighten the generator upper mounting bolt.
