Drive Belt Noise After Cold Start - Supercharger - Revised Drive Belt Available
Issue:
On some 2003-04 MY XKR vehicles, customers may have a concern with noise from the supercharger drive belt after a cold start.
A revised drive belt has been released to address this concern.
Action:
Should a customer express concern of a noise from the supercharger drive belt from cold start, remove the supercharger drive belt to confirm that the
noise stops. If so, install a new modified supercharger drive belt, referring to Workshop Manual, section: 303-05, SRO 18.50.08).
