3. Disconnect the A/C pipe. (Figure 1)

4. Remove and discard the 0-ring seal from the pipe.

5. Install the new spacer (C2P 22168). (Figure 2)

6. Install a new 0-ring seal (C2C 7668) to the A/C pipe.

7. Install the A/C pipe: (Figure 1)

Tighten the bolt to 9Nm (6.6 lbf ft).

8. Refer to Workshop Manual section 501-05: Interior Trim and Ornamentation > Removal and Installation > Engine Cover, and install the engine

cover.

9. Refer to Workshop Manual section 412-00: Climate Control System - General Information > General Procedures > Air Conditioning (A/C) System

Recovery, Evacuation and Charging, and evacuate and charge the A/C system refrigerant.
