Convertible Top Wind Noise - Repair Procedure

CONDITION SUMMARY:

WIND NOISE COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE CONVERTIBLE TOP AREA

Situation:

Jaguar has identified an area of concern where a wind noise may come from the rear of the convertible top. This wind noise may be due to a poor fit
between the convertible top and the fender.

Action: 

If a customer should express the concern above, follow the Repair Procedure outlined in this bulletin.

NOTE:

Verification that the noise is from the lower rear quarter glass area and not another source (radio antenna or front glass) is necessary before
commencing the repairs in this bulletin. A good diagnostic technique is to tape off suspected noise generating areas of the vehicle off until the noise
