CONDITION SUMMARY:

HLDF SCREEN LOCK-UP WITH MESSAGE
"EMERGENCY OS PLEASE RE-LOAD SOFTWARE" DISPLAYED

A customer may report a concern of a navigation screen lock-up.

Situation:
If a power supply is interrupted or if IDS is used to update any module on the Media Orientated System Transport (MOST) circuit, the HLDF software
can be corrupted. Corrupted HLDF software will cause the on-screen message "Emergency OS please re-load software" to be displayed and the
navigation screen to lock-up.

Action: 
Should a customer report this concern, refer to the Repair Procedure detailed in this bulletin to configure the front control/display interface module.

IDS DVD 102 with Patch File / or later installed
