Front Window Regulator Reset

AFFECTED VEHICLE RANGE:

CONDITION SUMMARY:

Situation:
The door window glass may experience one or more of the following:

--> Glass drops when closing

--> A knock! clunk! squeak! ticking noise when the glass is moving (opening or closing)

--> Glass binds when moving (opening or closing)

NOTE:

It is not necessary to remove or replace the window regulator or motor to resolve these issues.

These issues may be caused by an incorrect setting of the inboard / outboard (lateral) of the door glass.

Action: 
In the event of a customer concern of the above, refer to the Repair Procedure outlined below to reset the door window regulator(s).
