To remove the sunroof frame, pull the flange seal (I) up and away from the sunroof frame

to expose the roof-to-retainer screws (K) (Fig. 7).

Disconnect the drain tubes (L) and remove the retainer-to-roof screws and retainer (Fig. 8).

Remove the reinforcement (M) by removing the screw and cutting the sealer with a wire or a hot knife.
12.
Remove the drain hose(s) (N) by pulling them up through the roof rail and A-pillars.
13.
Remove the sunroof frame (P) from the roof panel.
ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
Prior to assembly of the sunroof, remove the sealer from the flange seal and the top of the vehicle.
When sealing the sunroof, refer to the sealant application chart on page R-10 or R-11 of the M.R. 247 as appropriate.
Assembly
Reverse the disassembly procedure for assembly.
