WATER LEAK FROM EVAPORATOR HOUSING
A water leak inside the passenger compartment from the heater-A/C housing may be caused by flashing obstructing the evaporator housing drain hole.
Correct this condition as follows.

PROCEDURE
Locate evaporator drain hose at passenger side lower instrument panel.
Remove the drain hose from the evaporator housing drain outlet (A).
Remove the flashing obstructing the hole by inserting an 11.5 mm (15/32 inch) diameter drill bit in the outlet opening and twisting it by hand to clear the
hole.
Remove the drill bit and install the evaporator drain hose on the drain outlet.
