Keyless Entry Receiver: Service and Repair
With Overhead Console

(1) Remove screw forward of the compass unit.

(2) Flex housing outward while pressing upward to disengage the housing from the rear bracket (arrow 1).

(3) Slide console rearward until the console detaches from the front mounting bracket (arrow 2).

(4) While still pressing upwards on the rear of the console (arrow 1), slide the console forward holding the front of the console away from the

headliner (arrow 2 until the rear of the console detaches from the headliner and becomes free.
