Throttle Body: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal, before removing fuel injection components.
Throttle Body Upper Bonnet
2.
Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the upper throttle body bonnet. Release the upper bonnet retaining clips, and remove the bonnet.
Throttle Body Lower Bonnet
3.
Remove the 2 lower bonnet retaining nuts, and remove the lower bonnet. Disconnect the Idle Speed Actuator (ISA) motor electrical connector.
Disconnect the fuel supply and return lines from the throttle body.
