Installing Pulley

Install the pulley to the compressor housing using a suitable driver.
R & R Snap Ring
4.
Install pulley and bearing snap rings.
5.
Install original shims and shaft key. If original spacers are not available, use a stack of shims that equal approximately 0.065 inch.
Installing Front Plate
6.
Install the front plate to the compressor shaft using a suitable driver.
