Installation
Rotor And Hub 2WD
ROTOR INSTALLATION 2WD
1. Clean and repack bearings with Mopar or equivalent wheel bearing grease. Then coat spindle, bearing races and rotor hub cavity with bearing
grease.
2. Install rear bearing and new grease seal in rotor.
3. Install rotor on spindle.
4. Install front bearing, washer and bearing nut.
5. Install the wheel.
6. Tighten bearing nut to 23-34 Nm (17-25 ft. lbs.) torque while rotating the wheel. Then loosen bearing nut 1/2 turn and retighten to 2 Nm (19 in.
lbs.) torque.
7. Install nut lock and new cotter pin.
8. Cover interior of grease cap with bearing grease and install it in rotor hub.
9. Remove the wheel.
10. Install the caliper and torque guide pins to 34-47 Nm (25-35 ft. lbs.).
11. Reinstall the wheel. Torque lug nuts to 102 Nm (75 ft. lbs.).
12. Lower the vehicle.
