NOTE:
Tighten the two engine-side crossmember bolts (M) first (Fig. 7). This aligns the crossmember for proper installation of the support bracket.

Mount the fan on the pulley studs and install the fan attaching huts (C) (Fig. 3). Tighten the nuts to 24 N-m (18 ft-lbs) torque.

Position the electrical cooling fan shroud on the radiator crossmember and install the shroud attaching screws.
5.
Position the mechanical fan shroud on the crossmember and loosely install the shroud attaching screws. Then push the shroud toward the
passenger side of the vehicle and tighten the shroud screws.
NOTE:
Be sure there is equal clearance between the fan and shroud all around the shroud opening.
