Disconnect electrical connector (E-Fig. 5).

Remove two bolts (F-Fig. 5).

Lift out the electric cooling fan assembly (G-Fig. 5) and set aside.

Loosen the lower radiator hose clamp at the water pump end.
12.
Slip the radiator hose off of the water pump. Remove and discard the worm-screw type hose clamp.

Safety glasses should be worn when performing the following operation.

Attach a constant tension spring clamp (H-Fig.6) to tool 6094, or equivalent, as shown.. Be sure clamp is properly seated into tool.
