Disconnect the air stepper motor wire harness connector (A) and throttle position sensor (TPS) wire harness connector (B).

Connect a stepper motor exerciser tool (C) Ele.CT01 to the idle speed stepper motor connector (D) and the battery terminals (red: +, black: -).
WARNING:
Use extreme caution when the engine is operating. The fans, pulleys and belts can cause serious personal injury. Avoid wearing loose
clothing.

Start the engine.
5.
Observe the tachometer and put the exerciser tool (C) control switch in the low position until minimum idle speed is obtained.
NOTE:
The engine may stall at minimum idle speed.
