Grasp the balled end (22) of wire cable (14) and lift it up. A slight resistance should be felt. Carefully watch the wire cable and release it. It should drop
approximately 1/8" to 1/4".

Disconnect transmission line pressure cable (23) at throttle arm (17).
Open the throttle to the wide open position and release it. The throttle should snap back to the closed position. If the throttle does snap back,
proceed to Assembly. If the throttle does not snap back, check throttle spring (24) for restriction or damage and repair as necessary.
