Install the radiator fan.

Using the supplied Fuel Hose Connection kit, install the fuel supply and return lines.
a.
Remove the old O-rings from the quick connect fittings.

Push kit/disposable plug assembly into quick connect fitting until a "click" sound is heard (Figure 5).
c.
Grasp end of disposable lug and pull outward to remove it from the fitting.

Push fuel tube into quick connect fitting until a "click" is heard (Figure 6).
e.
Verify that connection is secure by firmly pulling back on fuel tube. The tube should be locked in place.
f.
Attach the vacuum line bracket to secure the fuel line to the manifold.

Connect all electrical and vacuum connections on the intake manifold.
32.
Connect the vacuum connector on the intake manifold and install it in the bracket.
33.
Install throttle cable, cruise control cable (if equipped), and transmission line pressure cable (if equipped).
34.
Install air cleaner assembly.
