Radiator Cap: Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
INSPECTION
Visually inspect the pressure valve gasket, on the cap. Replace cap if the gasket is swollen, torn or worn. Inspect the area around radiator filler neck
for white deposits that indicate a leaking cap.
