9. The washer reservoir filler neck is held in the reservoir by an interference fit. Reinstall the filler neck into the reservoir using a combination of
pushing, rocking, and twisting actions .
10. Refill the washer reservoir with clean washer fluid.
11. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
