1.
Remove cylinder head cover, then bridge, pivot and rocker arms. Loosen bolts alternately one turn at a time to avoid damaging bridge
assemblies.
2.
Remove pushrods, then intake and exhaust manifolds.
3.
Remove cylinder head refer to CYLINDER HEAD.
4.
Working through pushrod openings, remove valve lifters using tool J-21884 or equivalent,.
5.
Reverse procedure to install. Tighten all bolts to specifications.
