This repair involves removing the steering wheel cover and installing a vibration dampener.
1.
Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2.
Remove the three trim cover attaching screws, Figure 1, and remove cover.

Disconnect the horn wire connectors from the contact switch.
4.
Remove the steering wheel retaining nut.
5.
Route the upper horn wire through the access hole in the vibration dampener PN 52003757, Figure 2.
