Low Reverse Band
1.
Raise and support vehicle, then remove oil pan and drain transmission fluid.
2.
Remove adjusting screw locknut.
3.
On all models except Wrangler, torque adjusting screw to 41 inch lbs., then back off 7 turns.
4.
On Wrangler models, torque adjusting screw to 72 inch lbs., then back off 7 turns.
5.
On all models, install locknut and torque to 35 ft-lbs. While tightening locknut, ensure adjusting screw does not rotate.
6.
Install oil pan and gasket, then lower vehicle and fill transmission to capacity.
