Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

NOTE:

The AIS motor is mounted to the throttle body adjacent to the throttle position sensor.

REMOVAL

1.

Disconnect the electrical connector from the AIS motor.

AIS Motor - Removal/Installation

2.

Remove AIS motor torx head mounting screws.

3.

Remove AIS motor.

INSTALLATION

1.

Install AIS motor into throttle body and tighten retaining screws.

2.

Connect electrical connector to AIS motor.
