Install a new heating system vacuum hose:
1.
Remove and discard the heating system vacuum hose located between the intake manifold and the vacuum reservoir (Figure 2).
2.
Install the provided new hose.

Install the Recall Completion Label (California vehicles only):
1.
With a ball point pen, print your dealer code (5 digits) on the supplied Recall Completion Label.
2.
Peel the label from its backing and apply it near the Vehicle Emission Control Information Label located on the bulkhead.
Completion Reporting and Reimbursement
Claims for vehicles which have been serviced must be submitted by DIAL dealers on the DIAL System. Non DIAL dealers may submit WROS. Claims
submitted will be used by Chrysler to record recall service completions and provide dealer payments.
Enter only one VIN per claim on a WRO. Fill in the labor operation number and time allowance and write on the WRO "Emissions Recall # 276T --
Catalytic Converter." Do not enter other service claims on the same WRO.
