EMISSIONS RECALL # 276T -- CATALYTIC CONVERTER

This service action applies only to 1986 Model Year Jeep Comanche, Cherokee and Wagoneer vehicles equipped with a 2.5L engine, (Federal and
California emissions systems).
Exception:
Vehicles which have previously been equipped with a service installed catalytic converter after November, 1986 are excluded
from the recall.

The recall service requires replacement of the catalytic converter and a heating system vacuum hose.
