EGR Valve: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect vacuum hose from valve.
2.
Remove the two EGR valve to intake manifold attaching bolts.
3.
Remove EGR valve from intake manifold and discard old gasket.
4.
Clean mating surfaces on valve and manifold, then reinstall valve using new gasket.
