Recall 86V146000: Accelerator Cable Disconnection
Accelerator cable bushing could disconnect from the accelerator lever assembly. Consequence of Defect: This could result in loss of engine control with
engine returning to idle.
Replace accelerator pedal bracket and lever assemblies.
