Commander 2WD V6-3.7L (2009)
1. Position the second row outboard right buckle (1) and anchor plate to the right center seat support bracket as a unit and loosely install the upper
screw (3) to secure the anchor plate to the bracket.
2. Position the second row center seat belt lower anchor (2) over the lower mounting hole in the buckle anchor plate.
3. Install and tighten the screw (3) that secures the seat belt lower anchor and the buckle anchor to the right center seat support bracket. Tighten the
screw to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
4. Tighten the upper screw that secures the buckle anchor to the right center seat support bracket. Tighten the screw to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Position the right center seat support bracket outer trim (5) and the striker trim (4) to the seat and the striker as a unit.
6. Using hand pressure, snap the outer bracket trim onto the inner trim.
7. Install and tighten the two screws (1) that secure the striker trim to the striker bracket. Tighten the screws to 3 Nm (28 in. lbs.).
8. Restore the second row right outboard seat to its seating position.

WARNING: To avoid serious or fatal injury during and following any seat belt or child restraint anchor service, carefully inspect all seat belts,
buckles, mounting hardware, retractors, tether straps, and anchors for proper installation, operation, or damage. Replace any belt
that is cut, frayed, or torn. Straighten any belt that is twisted. Tighten any loose fasteners. Replace any belt that has a damaged or
ineffective buckle or retractor. Replace any belt that has a bent or damaged latch plate or anchor plate. Replace any child
restraint anchor or the unit to which the anchor is integral that has been bent or damaged. Never attempt to repair a seat belt or
child restraint component. Always replace damaged or ineffective seat belt and child restraint components with the correct, new
and unused replacement parts listed in the Chrysler Mopar(R) Parts Catalog.
NOTE: Third row seat belt buckles are only present on vehicles equipped with an optional third row seat.
