Rear Door Latch: Service and Repair

LATCH

REMOVAL

1. Remove the watershield (1) as necessary to gain access to the latch. 

2. Disconnect the actuator rod (1) from the exterior handle (2).

3. Disconnect the interior handle actuator rod from the rear door latch (3) and remove the rod.
4. Disconnect the door wire harness connector (2) from the rear door latch.
