Liftgate Window Glass: Service and Repair
Flip-Up Glass - Removal
REMOVAL
NOTE: Grand Cherokee (WK) shown, Commander (XK) similar.
1. Disconnect heated liftgate glass electrical connector (2).
2. Open the liftgate glass (2) and support.
3. Disconnect glass support cylinders (1) at the lower ball studs. See: Trunk / Liftgate Shock / Support/Service and Repair/Gas Prop - Removal.
