Commander 2WD V8-4.7L Flex Fuel (2009)
21. Install the battery and battery tray assembly See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Battery Tray/Service and Repair/Battery Tray - Installation
22. Install the engine cover (1).
23. Start the engine and check for any leaks.
EXHAUST MANIFOLD - RIGHT SIDE
1. Prior to installation, make sure all gasket mating surfaces are clean and free of any debris.
2. Inspect the exhaust manifold for any damage See: Procedures/Exhaust Manifold - Inspection
3. Position the exhaust manifold gasket and exhaust manifold through the front of the vehicle.
NOTE: Make sure the exhaust gasket is properly seated before tightening the manifold bolts/stud.
4. Install two exhaust manifold bolts/studs by hand through the wheelhouse opening.
