Power Steering Fluid Cooler - Installation
5.7L & DIESEL
1. Install the fluid cooler (6) to the vehicle.
2. Install the three fluid cooler mounting bolts (4).
3. Install the hood latch brackets (7).
4. Reconnect the power steering cooler line (1) quick connect (2) to the fluid cooler (3).
5. Reconnect the cooler to reservoir hose (3) to the fluid cooler (1) with the spring clamp (2).
6. Refill the power steering fluid and bleed the system,See: Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair.
