Carefully lift the shifter bezel upwards. While lifting the shifter bezel upwards ensure the solenoid wiring connector remains in place as
shown in (Fig. 2).
NOTE:
Heat duct may need to be removed by pulling to the side to get access to the TC switch screws.

Trim Slide Guides.
a.
Locate slide guides at the rear of the shifter.

Use a box cutter knife or equivalent, to trim both the slider to a smooth transition to the base of the shifter housing as shown in (Fig. 2), if
the slider guides have not been trimmed already.
NOTE:
Ensure that the solenoid cable is not affected.
