6. Raise and support the vehicle. See: Maintenance
7. Remove the wheel mounting nuts (3), then the tire and wheel assembly (1).

8. On each side of the gear, remove the nut (2) from the out tie rod end (4) at the knuckle (3).

9. On each side of the gear, separate the tie rod end (3) from the knuckle (2) using Remover (1), Special Tool 9360.

10. If equipped, remove the engine belly pan. See: Body and Frame/Exterior Moulding / Trim/Underbody Cover/Service and Repair/Belly Pan -

Removal

11. Remove the rear engine mount. See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Engine Mount/Service

and Repair/Engine Mount - Removal

12. Remove the front engine mount through-bolt.
