This bulletin involves removing the over-center spring (attachment at clutch pedal arm).

This information applies to models vehicles equipped with a 2.0L Diesel engine (sales code ECD) and a Manual Transmission (Sales Code DEF)
built before January 1, 2007 (MDH 0101XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
A clutch pedal push back may be felt toward the end (engaged) of the clutch pedal travel.
This may be described as a little bump felt just before the end of the pedal stroke.
DIAGNOSIS:
If the customer describes the symptom condition, perform the Repair Procedure
REPAIR PROCEDURE:

Remove the lower instrument panel bezel.
